Drawing on in-depth qualitative data from start-ups, SMEs, banks, corporations, and government agencies, he has found how successful large organizations manage a portfolio of relationships within their complex ecosystems. The proper guardrails allow managers and entrepreneurs to move quickly with executive support.
Alan's research draws on his background in financial services, the public sector, and multinational consulting companies. Based in Sydney, Alan helps sponsor organizations in Asia-Pacific access MIT CISR resources and inform the center's research agenda.
