Managing Total Digitization: The Next Frontier
Abstract
Enterprises need to take a position on how to manage the total digitization of their enterprises. This briefing draws on the results of a study of ten companies and a survey to share insights on best practice. Enterprises take one or use a blend of three approaches—convergence, coordination, or separate digital innovation stacks—to manage their six or seven islands of digitization. Top performers use, either partially or wholly, a convergence approach to managing their digitization.
