As artificial intelligence continues to transform nearly every industry, non-technical leaders face new challenges and new opportunities. AI Essentials emphasizes AI literacy, equipping executives and senior managers with a clear, accessible understanding of AI technologies and the strategic frameworks needed to drive AI adoption across their organizations. The two-day course, which features MIT CISR Stephanie Woerner and other MIT Sloan faculty, combines cutting edge research-based insights with real-world business examples and hands on action learning activities. Participants learn to design AI strategies aligned with their organizational goals, integrate AI into enterprise processes, and cultivate a culture that supports AI acceptance and adoption whilst evolving the exploration quotient (EQ) of their teams.

Through insights from MIT faculty, you’ll learn the capabilities needed to succeed in the digital marketplace. Case studies from organizations that have successfully implemented digital transformation efforts will expose you to a variety of knowledgeable executives and thought leaders. Assess your own organization in the context of digital transformation, and formulate a practical road map to implement digital change in your business.

Data Monetization Strategy: Creating Value Through Data
