MIT CISR Board and C-Suite Online Summit 2025

December 9 & 10, 2025 | Zoom Meetings

The MIT CISR Board and C-Suite Online Summit is an annual invitation-only event for board members and senior leaders at our member organizations. The 2025 program will feature live sessions with Peter Weill and Stephanie Woerner plus a recorded conversation with a special guest—Dontá L. Wilson, Chief Consumer and Small Business Banking Officer, Truist Financial Institution; Director, Signet Jewelers; and Board Chair, UNC Charlotte’s Board of Trustees.

Who should attend? This invitation-only forum is for C-Suite executives and non-executive directors and will feature presentations and discussions of MIT CISR 2025 research in terms of strategy and long-term decision making.

More details...

This live online event will be delivered via Zoom two times to make it as convenient as possible for our global audience to participate:

Option 1: December 9, 4:30–6:00 p.m. (US Eastern Time)
Option 2: December 10, 7:00–8:30 a.m. (US Eastern Time)

Our agenda

Each option will feature the following sessions:

  • Scaling Enterprise AI Maturity for Bottom-Line Impact with Stephanie Woerner
MIT CISR introduced a four-stage enterprise AI Maturity framework in 2024 to help enterprise leaders make sense of the AI landscape and identify how to create value from the technology. In this session, Stephanie will share the new results from new survey and show what it takes to mature from stage 2 (Pilots) to stage 3 (AI Ways of Working).
  • Pre-recorded Conversation between Dontá L. Wilson and Stephanie Woerner
This session features a pre-recorded interview with Dontá L. Wilson, Chief Consumer and Small Business Banking Officer, Truist Financial Institution; Director, Signet Jewelers; and Board Chair, UNC Charlotte’s Board of Trustees.
  • Business Models in the Agentic AI Era with Peter Weill
In 2018 MIT CISR published the book What's Your Digital Business Model? based on several years of survey and case study research. This year we will present a provocative business model framework on how we anticipate firms will make money in the agentic AI era. Given the pace of technological change, this research is more speculative and is based on conversations among MIT CISR researchers and our community of experts. Peter will present the framework and use polling to discuss what the future might bring.

A voucher code is required to register for this invitation-only event. Contact Chris Foglia (cfoglia@mit.edu) if you need either the registration link or assistance with a voucher code.
