Conversations with CISR: A Farewell from Jeanne Ross

Jeanne Ross spent 26 years conducting research at MIT CISR—most of which addressed the importance and process of business design (i.e., architecture). At the end of June 2020, she retired from MIT CISR to pursue new interests.

On her last day with MIT CISR, Jeanne offered parting thoughts on the state of the art and the meaning of digital design in a live webinar.
