Conversations with CISR: A Farewell from Jeanne Ross

Jeanne Ross fondly bid farewell to MIT CISR and her admirers around the world upon her retirement in June 2020.

Jeanne Ross spent 26 years conducting research at MIT CISR—most of which addressed the importance and process of business design (i.e., architecture). At the end of June 2020, she retired from MIT CISR to pursue new interests.

On her last day with MIT CISR, Jeanne offered parting thoughts on the state of the art and the meaning of digital design in a live webinar. In this recording of the webinar, Peter Weill leads Jeanne to reflect on her rewarding and impactful career, and they engage with ideas and questions from the audience.
