This survey is investigating wrapping: when companies use data and analytics to increase the customer value of a product. The findings will help us understand how companies use wrapping to generate financial returns and build competitive advantage.

    • The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete
    • The ideal respondent: a Product Manager, or someone responsible for generating revenues from products
    • We can accept multiple responses per company
    • All participants will receive a report of findings
