Getting Digital Innovation Right

Firms are expanding the number and range of innovations they introduce. Earlier findings reveal four factors that matter to innovation and business performance: the total amount spent on digital innovation; how firms distribute their total spend across five types of innovations (process; employee experience; services/products; customer experience; and business models); the yield rate of investments in digital innovation; and practices that amplify the impact of successful projects.
