| Abstract: The business benefits and managerial challenges associated with cloud computing have been the subject of extensive debate and controversy. Based on a comprehensive study of adoption at forty-six companies, our assessment is that a significant shift to cloud computing is inevitable. In this briefing we describe how Allergan, Inc. has adapted to and benefited from cloud computing.
